All Tutors:

• Are screened through a personal interview process by the management of Enhanced Learning Centre
• References are checked.
• Background checks are performed by either Enhanced Learning Centre or a school district currently employing the tutor.
• Are qualified teachers, with varying levels of experience.
• Very enthusiastic, positive and strive to build self confidence in each student.
• Always punctual, well organized and highly qualified in their subject area.
• Constant communication and guidance between the Enhanced Learning Centre management and the tutors.
• Are continuously reviewed and monitored for their performance.
  
  Many of our tutors also have experience working with learning disabled children, such as students with ADD, ADHDDyslexia and short term memory problems.
